EXCELLENCE PLAY OFF | THE SANCTIONS OF THE SPORTS JUDGE AFTER THE SEMIFINALS



After the matches played on Sunday 4 June valid for the return of the play-off semi-finals of the championship of Excellence, the Sports Judge of the L.N.D., Avv. Aniello Merone, assisted by the A.I.A. Mr. Sandro Capri, during the meeting of 6 June 2023, adopted the following measures:

Fine of €900.00 to the company:

CITTA' DI ISERNIA SAN LEUCIO to have their own supporters, during the first half, used a smoke bomb in the reserved their sector and, during the second half, threw a full bottle of water which fell in the immediate vicinity of the opposing bench. (R CoC)

Fine of €700.00 to the company:

FORSEMPRONESE to have its supporters introduce and use pyrotechnic material (7 smoke bombs) in their reserved sector. (R CoC)

Fine of €700.00 to the company:

SPORTING CLUB ERCOLANESE to have its supporters introduce and use pyrotechnic material (5 smoke bombs) in the reserved sector. For non-compliance with the obligation to provide medical assistance during the race. ( R A - R CoC )

Fine of EUR 500.00 to the company:

AGROPOLI for having its supporters damaged the lock of the entrance gate to the pitch during the interval. It is obliged to pay damages if requested and documented. (R CoC)

Fine of EUR 500.00 to the company:

CARAVAGGIO to have his own supporters introduced and used pyrotechnic material (2 firecrackers and 1 smoke bomb) in the reserved gold sector. (R CoC)

Fine of EUR 500.00 to the company:

CERTOSA to have its own supporters introduced and used pyrotechnic material (5 smoke bombs) in the reserved their sector. (R CoC)

Fine of EUR 500.00 to the company:

ENNA CALCIO to have its supporters introduced and used pyrotechnic material (5 smoke bombs) in the reserved their sector. (R CoC)

Fine of EUR 500.00 to the company:

SYRACUSE CALCIO to have its supporters introduce and use pyrotechnic material (5 smoke bombs) in the set (hours reserved for them. (R CoC)

Fine of 200.00 euros to the company:

LAVAGNESE for non-compliance with the obligation to provide medical assistance throughout the race.

Inhibition to carry out any activity until 06/13/2023 to:

Alessandro Muociconi (Giulianova Manager) for having directed an offensive expression at the Fourth Official of the match. (R Fourth Man)

Disqualification until 13/06/2023 to:

Massimo Morelli (Promosport Physiotherapist) for protesting against the Race Director.

Disqualification for FOUR matches to:

Ezio Maiorani (Borgomanero Coach) for having made disrespectful expressions at the referee's address.

Carmine Turco (Coach Agropoli) for entering the pitch with a threatening attitude, pointing his finger at the match director with a disrespectful expression.

Pierluigi De Bellis (Coach City of Isernia San Leucio) for having, with the game stopped, after a disciplinary measure, ironically applauded the match director by addressing offensive expressions.

Disqualification for THREE matches to:​​​

Alessandro Molteni (Agazzanese) for having punched an opposing footballer.

Abdoul Aziz Meite (Godigese) for slapping an opposing player in the face.

Disqualification for ONE match to:​​​

Dario Antonio Mastrototaro (Agazzanese) for the sum of yellow cards.

Gaspar Monteiro Ribeiro (Agropoli) for recidivism in yellow card (2a).

Davide Buccioni (Boreale) for the sum of yellow cards.

Andrea Petrini (Boreale) for recidivism in yellow card (2a).

Matteo Mapello (Caravaggio) for recidivism in yellow card (2a).

Salvatore Emanuele Bertolo (Città dei Sassi Matera) for a foul on an opposing player who was thrown into the net without hindrance.

Antonio Giulio Picci (Città dei Sassi Matera) for recidivism in yellow card (2a).

Damian Ruben Soria (City of Isernia San Leucio) for recidivism in yellow card (2a).

Angelo Strato (Enna Calcio) for recidivism in yellow card (2a).

Francesco Persiani (Giulianova) for having addressed an offensive and threatening expression at an opposing player. (R Fourth Man)

Francesco Romeo (Coach Godigese) for having protested against an A.A. (R A - R AA)
